Penzance is currently under construction on Metro Logistics, a 140,000 SF industrial warehouse located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This last mile location is situated approximately 5 minutes from Pennsylvania Avenue (Route 4) and 8 minutes to the Capital Beltway (I-495). The investment was acquired off-market in a supply constrained geography with significant mark-to-market opportunities. The project received permit approvals and construction commenced in June 2024. Substantial completion is projected in Q2 2025. Metro Logistics is anticipated to receive a LEED Gold Certification, which would be one of the first LEED Gold certified warehouses in the DMV Region. The development has also been structurally modified to allow for the future installation of solar panels.
