1,000,000 million square feet of fully-approved mixed-use development located at the future Innovation Metro Station that is set to open in the third quarter of 2020. The development is currently designed to include approximately 500,000 square feet of trophy office and approximately 500 luxury apartment units and up to 50,000 square feet of retail. The development is located within the larger 1.6 million square foot Innovation Center South master plan development.
