Mr. Mianti manages mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects for the Penzance office portfolio. He has over 40 years of experience in managing commercial buildings.
Previously he served as Vice President, Engineering at Hines, with responsibility for over 4 million square feet of office and retail space in the Mid-Atlantic, overseeing over 30 engineering professionals. He was Chief Engineer of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that he served Vice President, Head of Critical Infrastructure for the America’s at Lehman Brothers Holdings.
Mr. Mianti was a member of BOMA Operating Building of the Year teams in 1986, 1993, 1998, 2005, and holds a New York City Refrigeration License.
