The Highlands is a neighborhood-defining mixed-use development in Rosslyn, Virginia, that was completed in 2021. The project includes the Pierce, a 104-unit luxury condominium community, the Evo, a 455-unit luxury apartment community, and the Aubrey, a 331-unit luxury apartment community. The Aubrey and the Evo were sold to an Atlanta-based real-estate firm in May and July, 2022, respectively. In addition to the residences, the project includes 27,800 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail, a neighborhood park and a new community fire station.
