Chantilly Premier is a 79.03-acre site, with 12.06 acres of developable land in Fairfax County, VA, 10 minutes from Dulles International Airport. As of January 2024, the project has been rezoned for dual use—a three-story, up to 402,000 square foot data center or a 150,000 square foot warehouse.

In February, 2025 Penzance executed a Build-to-Suit lease with a (confidential) hyperscaler for a three-story 241,000 Square Foot LEED Silver data center. The design and permitting process is expected to be completed in Q3, 2025, with the building to be delivered in Q1/Q2, 2027.
