One Rosslyn (formerly known as Rosslyn Gateway) is the site of two existing office buildings totaling approximately 255,000 SF. The site is being entitled for a new mixed-use residential complex totaling almost 1M SF, consisting of 2 apartment towers, an 80 unit condo building, and 15K SF of ground floor retail. Entitlement approval is expected in the second half of 2025. Construction could commence as early as 2026.
