Penzance is pursuing entitlements for a 7-story, 313,000 Square Foot LEED Gold multi-family building with 328 units of market rate apartments and an expansive amenity program. Unique to the project is the ability to retain the existing garage, minimizing environmental and financial impacts to the redevelopment project. Final entitlement approval is expected in Q3, 2025. In the meantime, Ballston One continues to serve its office tenants.
