Michael Warren is an Associate on the Investments team. He is responsible for evaluating prospective acquisitions and ground-up developments as well as assisting with asset management of existing investments.
Prior to joining Penzance, Michael worked as an Associate with Jamestown’s Atlanta-based development team focused on the firm’s development pipeline in the Southeast. In this role, he led the analytics effort for Ponce City Market Phase II, a 500,000 SF mixed-use project with an estimated cost of $370 million. Prior to Jamestown, Michael worked on the capital markets team at EDENS in Columbia, SC.
Michael received his BA in economics with minors in business administration and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
