Acquired 50 F Street NW, a 212,780 square foot office building located in the Capitol Hill submarket of Washington, DC. Penzance purchased the building at a 22% discount to what the prior owner paid for the property in 2016. The business plan included amenitizing the property with a new fitness center and bike room, improving the existing entryway and lobby experience, and upgrading the common area HVAC systems.  Also acquired the Marker 20 office park and the Colvin Woods multi-family complex.
