Mr. Ripley is responsible for spearheading construction management for the firm’s ground up development projects, from design coordination and budgeting, through construction and delivery, as well as assisting with entitlement and development-related activities.

Mr. Ripley has over 17 years of experience in the industry and has completed over 3.7 million square feet of construction, including high-rise mixed use multifamily, Class A commercial office building repositioning, data centers, and secure governmental work.  Prior to joining Penzance, Mr. Ripley worked with John Moriarty & Associates to lead the successful delivery of a Class A, 400 unit, 35 story high-rise mixed-use apartment tower in Tysons Corner, VA. Before that, he worked with Forrester Construction and Clark Construction.

Mr. Ripley serves on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro-Washington (ABC of Metro DC) and is Vice-Chair of their Membership Committee. He is also a member of the Construction and Development Committee of DCBIA.  He earned his BA in engineering management from Lafayette College and his MBA from The George Washington University.
