Scott oversees engineering for Penzance, with over 26 years of experience in the industry. His team includes multiple engineering professionals who manage the day-to-day operations and assist with construction and capital improvements for the portfolio.
Previously, he was Manager of Engineering at First Potomac Realty Trust where he oversaw 22 engineering professionals and operations for over 5 million square feet of office in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC region.
He holds a DC 3rd Class Engineering license and has been recognized with First Potomac Realty Trust’s building of the year award, as well as a TOBY award through AOBA.
Mr. White received a certificate of completion for his engineering training from the apprenticeship program of the International Union for Operating Engineers in 2001.
