Ms. Flack is a Senior Property Accountant responsible for a number of properties in the firm’s portfolio of commercial and residential assets.
She comes to Penzance with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Prior to Penzance, she worked as a senior property accountant with Bonaventure, performing full cycle accounting including financial statement preparation, general ledger, variance analysis, bank reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting for multi-family housing and senior living properties.
Ms. Flack graduated from Howard University with a BS in Human Development and a minor in Accounting.
