Talia Sader is an Analyst on the Investments team focused on new acquisition opportunities as well as supporting existing investments.
Prior to joining Penzance, she was an intern at PJT Partners where she supported the Park Hill Real Estate group with fund formation and capital raising across all real estate asset classes. Talia was also a summer and fall Development Analyst with Hines where she assisted with underwriting residential and industrial development projects in the DC region.
Talia received her BS in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University, from which she graduated magna cum laude.
