1501 Moran Road is a 7.65-acre data center site located in Sterling, VA and situated a half mile northeast of Dulles Greenway and the future Loudoun Metro Station, .6 miles west of Route 28, and a mile from Dulles International Airport.  Northern Virginia represents 48% of the primary data center market inventory in the US; approximately 70% of global internet traffic flows through Loudoun County.  The site is being developed into a three-story, 260,000 square foot turn-key data center with delivery expected in 2027.
