Penzance is building a 443,000 square foot high-bay industrial warehouse on Shoulders Hill Road in the City of Suffolk, Virginia. Located 15 minutes from the Port of Virginia, the project will offer reduced drayage costs for tenants coming to and from the Port. The site is positioned to benefit from the investment of $1.5 billion in the Port of Virginia, scheduled to be completed in Q4 2025. The building is expected to receive a LEED Green Building Certification upon completion in Q2, 2026.
