Penzance is building a 443k SF high bay industrial warehouse on Shoulders Hill Road in Suffolk County, Virginia, 15 minutes from the Port of Virginia, offering reduced drayage costs for tenants coming to and from the Port. The site is positioned to benefit from the investment of $1.5 billion in the Port of Virginia, scheduled to be completed in Q4 2025. Penzance expects to deliver the warehouse in Q2 2026.
